Seaberry Design, owned by Monica Seaberry, created many of the scientific graphics on this site. Ms Seaberry founded Seaberry Design in 2006 after more than 20 years in graphic design. Her illustrations have appeared in some of the nation’s top newspapers and magazines, including: The Newark Star Ledger, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Portland Oregonian, Nature Medicine and JAMA. Seaberry has illustrated books and manuals on such topics as healthcare and global warming. She has provided illustrations for researchers at NIH, the University of Pittsburgh, Children’s Hospital in California, and Boston University. The Seaberry design studio also specializes in informational graphics, conference materials, and graphic support for research, grant writing and proposals. Ms. Seaberry earned a B.F.A in drawing, painting and graphics, from The Ohio State University and an M.F.A in painting from Syracuse University. She is a member of the Art Directors Club of Washington. 

 

 

VMI postdoc wins award

Dr. Gabor Csanyi in the Pagano lab won a Young Investigator Award at the Society for Free Radical Biology and Medicine's recent annual conference.

Journal Club
